I must say that I do look forward for this session. Why?
Well for few reasons actually, 1) this is where I know if the participants understand what they have learned for the past few days 2) En Hamid’s time to comment 3) a sign that training session is coming to an end 4) I always enjoy teachers’ presentations...(old time sake's payback time for making students present most of the time, haha).
While some were eagered and just couldn't wait to show-off their newly-acquired skills, some were trying to come up with 1001 excuses not to. (And we thought only students would do that huh?)
Among all our presenters today, I was pretty amazed with Cik Norul Hernani (or famously known as Yun to her colleagues) with her presentation on worms....err sorry, Helmints. She took the liberty to start with her presentation by showing her before-and-after-training teaching-aid materials. I was impressed with the transformation.
Note to Yun: ‘Thank you’ for painting such good images on those spaghetti-like worms. Now I have to think twice before I can actually enjoy my favourite mee mamak...whoahhh!!
But overall, it has been a great presentation session. And yes, it was fun too. We couldn’t stop laughing with all the spontaneous jokes. I really hope with the comments from both En Hamid and Suhaimi, they will further improve their lesson plans and teaching-aid materials.
Bravo to En Zaidi with his selamba-way of presenting, En Norizam (poor guy, couldn’t play his video...I’ve seen the video and it was interesting. Too bad though), En Mat, En Razak and En Jamarudi who worked hard to finish his lesson plan although he just joined the training session.
With these presentations, we finally concluded our Phase-1 of ICMS Adoption Training. It was quite amazing to see how the training had changed the participants’ perspectives of integrating ICT in their daily teaching and learning.
To Mr Yu and the college management – thank you for making this training works
To Pn Samsad or Kak Sad – thank you for your assistances and hospitality. Toksah pening-pening kepala Kak Sad no, Kak Sad pun boleh buat.
Last but not least, to all participants – It has been a pleasure conducting this training with you guys. Don’t forget to keep updating the blog, okay.
Good bye KPPAS for now. Insya Allah, we shall meet again in Phase 2.
